The Lev Vlassenko Piano Competition Ltd (ABN 59 083 982 094) is a company limited by guarantee, incorporated in 1998.  The charity’s Objects are to establish and conduct a piano competition known as The Lev Vlassenko Piano Competition and generally to promote the study and performance of piano in Australia.  All the income and property of the charity must be applied to the promotion of these objects, and not for the personal benefit of Members.

 

The Competition is listed on the Commonwealth Government’s Register of Cultural Organisations.  That Register is established under subdivision 30-F of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 (Cth) and the Competition can receive tax deductible gifts.
